NAliCE in Wonderland – Part II

Do you wonder how other designers interpret Alice in Wonderland and how they used flowers to create a stunning and imaginative piece of artwork?? Below are all the ones I absolutely love. They are from Floramor Studio, Mandy Scott Flowers, Passiflora Designs & Flowers by Atalanta. Aren’t they fun?

NAliCE in Wonderland

Actually, I was named Alice when I was born, but I don’t even remember what happened, but one day in 6th grade, I decided I want to be Dorothy instead. haha…so I have been following the yellow brick road since. Maybe one day I would want to be Alice again. Just a silly thought.

Asian Elegance

Modern Moroccan

I fell in love with this Morocco lantern right away and couldn’t help but highly highly recommended it to one of our brides. Sitting on top of a bed of red carnations in a dark brown wood box, the illuminous glow of the ivory metal lantern creates a special romantic yet mysterious ambiance. And look closer, you will find something sweet: tiny red apples and light pink dahlias.

Hawaii Dream

The plumeria alba (yellow and white flower) was overnight shipped here from Hawaii!! The local folks told me if a woman wears it over the right ear, it means she is seeking a relationship. If it is over the left, it means she is taken. I just think it is so cute.

aroma love nest

I wanted to post these pictures for a very long time as this is one of “my” favorite 2007 designs! I love it so much because I handcrafted it myself. I love it so much because it has all the little things I heart, such as green hydrangea, red, yellow and orange ranunculus, small tomatoes, lemons, and manzanita branches!! and I love it so much because of its vibrant color and it just makes me happy. hm…are you thinking a yellow and orange wedding too?

The Sweetness of Lotus Seed

In Chinese, the words “lotus seed” sound the same as “year child” and thus the ancient Chinese believed putting them in the tea would help the newlyweds produce children. hm…do you want to give it a try?!
