Ever since Julie & Matt’s wedding, I totally heart my new find for a wedding venue, Yoshi’s SF. This place is just perfect to host an Asian Zen wedding. The brown furnishing contrasts well with the red, the lucky color that symbolizes happiness, fortune, wealth, and many more good blessings. Congratulations, happy marriage and marry well!!

It’s amazing how quickly time has passed. About 2 years ago, we got the key to this vacant space and started building our dream shop. It was a lot of work. We researched, wrote a super detailed business plan, went to Asia to handpick merchandises, and we even built and painted some of the carpentry ourselves. To be honest, we had no clues opening a flower shop would require that much work and time. so here comes our shop – Mints!! We sacrificed a lot of our sleeping and TV time to plan and build this place, and the result was really beyond our expectations. We loved it so dearly that we won’t even mind working here (most of the times =P). Many kids come by to say hi to our fishes and the foggy water fountain. And sometimes, just sometimes, I like to just sit on the couch and chill with a cup of Peet’s latte.
