I fell in love with this Morocco lantern right away and couldn’t help but highly highly recommended it to one of our brides. Sitting on top of a bed of red carnations in a dark brown wood box, the illuminous glow of the ivory metal lantern creates a special romantic yet mysterious ambiance. And look closer, you will find something sweet: tiny red apples and light pink dahlias.

I am so happy that I finally got some of the pictures from Nancy and Edward today. They are so pretty, as I expected. =P
Like many couples, Nancy and Edward wanted us to design a modern celebration with a touch of the traditions. We know Red means luck in Chinese cultures, and the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco is a place that resemblances romantic elegance, so our goal was to combine these two concepts . I picked to the carmel iron lanterns to be used for their ceremony to romantize and lighten up the tent a bit. The table centerpieces were designed by Canna.

Even though I have been to so many ceremonies and have heard so many vows, I always find something new and unique from each couple. Krysten and Julius didn’t disappoint me. Though it was chilling in October, Krysten’s poem was so sweet and Julius’ violin solo was so full of love, and we were all just so touched by them.
